Managed the entire marketing team responsible for handling an 8-month long marketing cycle.

Recruited, incentivized, & managed 4,576 lifetime ambassadors who completed 100Ks tasks resulting in $672K ticketing revenue, over 10M social impressions, & doubled social media presence between 13 to 15 & raised a total of $387K from investors & sponsors as managing partner. Successfully helped launch a series pass that featured 25+ live music events & 10+ community-based events

Currently recruiting, managing, and motivating 1600+ micro-influencers, social influencers, media outlets, affiliates, festival allies, and responsible for over $300,000 in ticket sales, 10MM social impressions  

Oversees the segmentation of target markets, the activation of marketing campaigns, and the subsequent analysis of each one

Responsible for integrating high-level marketing goals with departmental incentives while redirecting underperforming ones  

Recruited and managed 976 online promoters in over 180 markets (2016)

Assigned and verified 26,466 completed social-media and physical tasks by the various promotional teams (2016)

Oversaw the integration efforts of the street team, online, and college ambassador promotional departments (2016)

Recruited and managed 44 promo-code partners responsible for $167,481 in ticketing revenue (2016)   

Recruited and managed 32 social-media influencers with a total social following of ~2,872,000 followers (2016)

Responsible for ~30-40 million social media impressions via the various marketing programs (2016)

Almost doubled social media presence YOY through guerilla marketing, strategies and influencer management (2013-16)  

Managed to raise $36,000 (2013) and $66,000 (2014), and over $43,000 (2015) from investors and sponsors 

Managed the team responsible for handling every aspect of a three-day festival with over 28,000 attendees (2014-15)

Coordinated between venue, sponsors, landowner, production crews, artist’s management, artists, police, and more 

In charge of marketing from street team management to media buys such as Pandora, Google, and local media outlets

Allowed creative marketing to grow organically, while still staying focused on maximizing the ROI 

Responsible for in-house peer to peer marketing and promotions including Fanfueled, Social Ladder, StreetTeam, Eventbrite Affiliates, SimpleCrew and Thunderclap

Oversaw both the art, DJ and producer contests with over 2800 entries over its lifetime of which 10% was international
